I know I’m supposed to be working, haha… but I had to get this in because I love Frank’s Blog, and now I can put a voice to the pics. Plus, I think he had some really great things to say about the NY Ball scene.
The Luna Show met up with Frank Leon Roberts former member of the House of Khan and Mizrahi. Frank is a young rebel soul and a College Professor-in-Training. He is currently completing his Ph.D. at NYU. In his extensive political work outside of academia, he has been on the Board of Directors of the National Black Justice Coalition, a Vaid Policy Institute Fellow with NGLTF, and a recipient of the Gay Men’s Health Crisis’ Community Activist Award as well as the Youth Activism Award from Brooklyn’s People of Color in Crisis (POCC Inc.) He is also the co-editor (with poet Marvin K. White) of If We Have to Take Tomorrow, a small collection of AIDS activist essays published by AIDS Project Los Angeles & The Gay Men’s Health Crisis.

Thanks for posting this. After I saw Paris is Burning I found his blog and used to read it. I had forgotten all about it. I’ll have to check it out again.
