The sad thing is that I finally was able to see “Paris” on Monday – for the first time. I fell in love with you all over again. Imagine my surprise when I checked to see how The Diva was doing, only to learn of your passing the very day before I rented the film. Now I have to purchase it for my collection.
You’re in this little girls heart forever and always. I owe you a debt, Miss St. Laurent. For you, it’s 10’s across the board!!!!

Its too bad that all people are not that brave. The flesh is just a vessel, the spirit is who you truly are and the spirit of Octavia St. Laurent will live inside of me forever and I would never regret all of the times I had to fight because of the way my brother lived his life. You are a GIANT and I love you for the simple fact that you were always fighting to just BE!!! God rest your soul and I will see you on the other side.
